The Commissioners requested Testimony from the following witnesses in order to complete the findings for their report. In the summer of 2023 the National Citizens Inquiry heard from Dr. Denis Rancourt, Dr. Peter McCullough and Dr. William Makis. These Testimonies were heard virtually in front of the Commission.

Dr. Denis Rancourt – June 28, 2023 – Virtual Testimony

Dr. Denis Rancourt says scientists need to look at data that shows there was no evidence of a spread of a viral respiratory disease. He said, “That thinking has to be reset. Otherwise, we’re never getting out of this and they will keep doing this whenever they want. They will declare pandemics whenever they want. And they will assault the population in these kinds of ways anytime they want, if we don’t start resetting it. The way to reset it is to use hard data that cannot be disputed— And that is mortality data.”

Dr. Peter McCullough – July 19, 2023 – Virtual Testimony

Dr. Peter McCullough is an internist, cardiologist, epidemiologist holding degrees from Baylor University, University of Texas Southwestern Medical School, University of Michigan, and Southern Methodist University. He manages common infectious diseases as well as the cardiovascular complications of both the viral infection and the injuries developing after the COVID-19 vaccine in Dallas TX, USA. Testifying as an expert witness, Dr. McCullough speaks on a number of topics regarding COVID-19 response internationally.
