Jay Bhattacharya – Professor of Medicine at Stanford

Dr. Jay Bhattacharya is a Professor of Medicine at Stanford University and a respected scholar in the field of healthcare economics. He has held various positions, including research associate at the National Bureau of Economics Research, a senior fellow at the Stanford Institute for Economic Policy Research, and the Stanford Freeman Spogli Institute. Dr. Bhattacharya is also a courtesy professor in Economics and Health Research and Policy. He heads the Stanford Center on the Demography of Health and Aging and has published extensively in peer-reviewed journals in a wide range of fields, including economics, statistics, law, medicine, public health, and health policy. Notably, he is one of the original authors of the Great Barrington Declaration, which advocates for a targeted approach to managing the COVID-19 pandemic while minimizing societal and economic harm. Dr. Bhattacharya holds an MD and Ph.D. in economics from Stanford University

Jeffrey A. Tucker studied economics as an undergraduate at Texas Tech University and Howard Payne University, He later enrolled as a graduate student in economics at George Mason University. Jeffrey is the founder and president of Br0wnstone Institute , a 501c3 nonprofit organization focusing on public health, economics, and the philosophical foundations of freedom, with a particular focus on post-pandemic rebuilding. He has served as a columnist at Forbes, founder of the Atlanta Bitcoin Embassy, Senior Distinguished Fellow of the Austrian Economics Center in Vienna, Austria, Research Affiliate for the RMIT University Blockchain Innovation Hub in Melbourne, Australia, Honorary Fellow of Mises Brazil, affiliate fellow of the Acton Institute and Mackinac Institute, founder and Chief Liberty Officer of Liberty.me, an adviser to blockchain application companies, past editorial director of the Foundation for Economic Education, AIER, and Laissez Faire Books, founder of the CryptoCurrency Conference, and author of many thousands of articles in the scholarly and popular press and ten books in 5 languages.
