Garry Bredeson has three university aged boys. His testimony surrounds the problems encountered by the kids during the COVID mandates and the concern for their quality of education during this time. During the lockdowns Garry said, “having to come home and learn from our basement online was, it was a definite negative. And it seemed like the universities, they made some effort to make it seamless, but obviously it’s never the same when you have two young men in the same room trying to learn with labs and whatnot, online. Dr. Gerald Bohemier was 72 and a retired chiropractor when the pandemic started. He has been involved in natural health issues for many years. Dr. Bohemier saw the fear in people about the virus and wanted to attend rallies to have people hear his voice allaying their fears. He was ticketed many times, accumulating $12,000 in tickets. Dr. Bohemier and his wife were harassed at their home by thugs banging on their door while police watched from their cruiser.

Sara Martens tells the events surrounding her husband Cork's vehicle accident and hospital experience following the accident. There were many contradictions between what she was being told by the medical staff and what she was observing while talking with her husband. After telling Sara that a cardiologist would be seeing Cork and that not happening, one day the nurse said to Sara, "we are not doing anything because he has COVID". Sara's attempts to speak with a doctor were denied and she was not allowed to visit the hospital.

Ms. Petite is a corrections officer that has a disability which makes her unable to wear a mask, due to a car accident in 2018 which disabled her. She suffers from PTSD from the accident and has been in trauma therapy for five years as a result. She was given a medical exemption from masking.
