Dr. Curtis Wall – Apr 27, 2023 – Red Deer, Alberta

A chiropractor for 26 years, Dr. Curtis Wall tells about the negative impact from Alberta Health Services due to his decision to not wear a mask during the pandemic. As someone who normally has a retiring personality, Dr. Wall revealed that his governing college labeled his lack of cooperation as, “one of the words they used was that I was “ungovernable.” They indicated that I had a constant theme of challenging authority and what they deemed to be proper government mandates and policies.”

Nadine Ness – Apr 22, 2023 – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Nadine is a former RCMP officer who started a group called Unify Grassroots to help parents navigate the COVID restrictions in school.

Jessica Kraft – Apr 15, 2023 – Winnipeg, Manitoba

Jessica Kraft, a Canadian Blood Services worker, was terminated by her employer for refusing to provide her vaccination status and for refusing to comply with rapid testing. She received no severance, was not eligible to collect EI and will not be reinstated.

Dr. Chong Wong – Apr 22, 2023 – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

A family and integrative medicine physician Dr. Chong Wong, recounts some of his experiences dealing with patients who suffered from vaccine adverse events and mental illness due to stress and anxiety from vaccine mandates and lockdowns. Describing he interactions with family providers Dr. Wong said, “it’s so heart-wrenching to see full grown men in tears and so much stress because, as you know, men are the providers. And so proud of their work as providers. And here are these men that are just, like, broken. He also describes how these patient interactions affected his own health and wellbeing.

Catarina Burguete – Apr 01, 2023 – Toronto, Ontario

Mrs. Burguete is a retired healthcare professional who left her profession to be a full-time mother of her four children. During the COVID pandemic, she returned to work as a PSW and worked in long term care

Cindy Campbell – Mar 31, 2023 – Toronto, Ontario

Cindy Campbell is a Registered Nurse. During her testimony she explains how early pandemic policies were tied to sustaining hospital function. Now, ER departments are closing due to nursing and staff shortages. Quality of care is at risk for the patients and community. She explains how these policies are threatening healthcare.

Natasha Petite – Mar 31, 2023 – Toronto, Ontario

Ms. Petite is a corrections officer that has a disability which makes her unable to wear a mask, due to a car accident in 2018 which disabled her. She suffers from PTSD from the accident and has been in trauma therapy for five years as a result. She was given a medical exemption from masking.
