Due to longtime, documented sinus issues, Mr. Schiller requested a mask exemption. He was refused by two doctors: one because he was told that masks benefit the public good , the second because the doctor felt he could lose his license. When the vaccination passports were implemented in late fall 2021, Mr. Schiller wanted to block his e-health records. He found out about Panorama Records, an entity controlled by Public Health that holds your vaccination status and other records.
