Mark Friesen – Apr 20, 2023 – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Mr.Friesen was an organizer of the Freedom Rally against government mandates and lockdowns. He and his wife contracted the COVID virus, and at the early stages they both started taking (he later realized was not enough for himself) Ivermectin and HCQ. He ended up being hospitalized. The first three days he was not given any medication other than antibiotics. They found multiple blood clots on his lungs. The Saskatchewan health care providers ended up having to transfer him to Ontario, despite being told that this was completely political and not medically prudent.

Ann McCormack – Apr 20, 2023 – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

Ann is a former pharmacist who questioned whether the vaccines were meeting the Alberta College of Pharmacist's requirements for a patient’s informed consent. She was fired from her job for not wearing a mask which led to her filing a complaint with the Alberta Human Rights Commission.

Sara Martens – Apr 14, 2023 – Winnipeg, Manitoba

Sara Martens tells the events surrounding her husband Cork's vehicle accident and hospital experience following the accident. There were many contradictions between what she was being told by the medical staff and what she was observing while talking with her husband. After telling Sara that a cardiologist would be seeing Cork and that not happening, one day the nurse said to Sara, "we are not doing anything because he has COVID". Sara's attempts to speak with a doctor were denied and she was not allowed to visit the hospital.

Dr. Chong Wong – Apr 22, 2023 – Saskatoon, Saskatchewan

A family and integrative medicine physician Dr. Chong Wong, recounts some of his experiences dealing with patients who suffered from vaccine adverse events and mental illness due to stress and anxiety from vaccine mandates and lockdowns. Describing he interactions with family providers Dr. Wong said, “it’s so heart-wrenching to see full grown men in tears and so much stress because, as you know, men are the providers. And so proud of their work as providers. And here are these men that are just, like, broken. He also describes how these patient interactions affected his own health and wellbeing.

Ksenia Usenko – Mar 31, 2023 – Toronto, Ontario

Ksenia was a nurse for 15 years with the same company working in a rehabilitation unit. When the patients got their vaccines, she started seeing some trends and concerns among the patient population. In the majority of patients she noticed thrombocytopenia, which is a low platelet count (white blood cell responsible for coagulation). A few had rare blood clots that she had never seen before. Patient fully vaccinated that she witnessed that still ended up in ICU with COVID, then had a multitude of other problems.

Meredith Klitzke – Mar 31, 2023 – Toronto, Ontario

Ms. Klitzke had received a diagnosis of multiple sclerosis and so ultimately decided to accept the vaccine due to overwhelming persuasion from friends, doctors and media, and even from the MS Society. Although she had some problems with the first shot she had the second shot in August 2021 and within two weeks everything changed for the worse.

Dr. Dion Davidson – Mar 18, 2023 – Truro, Nova Scotia

Dr. Dion Davidson is a vascular surgeon who has lived in the Annapolis Valley for 15 years. He is now leaving because of the pandemic response there. Regarding the vaccines he states, “It’s one thing to promote a medical intervention like that to the public. To then force people to take that intervention is a whole new level”.
