Witness Video Testimony
Witness video testimony recorded at NCI hearings is captured in high definition format (H.264 1920×1080). The individual witness testimony videos as well as the full day hearing videos are currently being formatted for download and will be made available here over this summer and fall seasons.
Testimony videos will initially be released in Bittorrent format to encourage sharing and wide distribution. If you are interested in helping and have the technical resources required to seed and distribute the NCI video testimony, be sure to sign-up for the NCI Newsletter, and follow for updates as they become available.
