The National Citizens Inquiry is an unprecedented initiative.
In 2023, Canadians successfully funded the National Citizens Inquiry hearings across 8 cities and 7 provinces to hear the testimony from 305 expert and lay witnesses, and produce a 600+ page report on Canada’s unprecedented response to the COVID-19 public health event. Over 75,000 Canadians have so far signed the petition showing that they support the purpose and the mission of the NCI. Many citizens continue to contribute their valuable time and attention by sharing the witness testimonies and the Commissioners Report.
